Nursery Workers

Saraland Church in Saraland is hiring 3–5 part-time nursery attendants to care for infants and toddlers during Sunday morning services.

‍Schedule: Sundays only, 3–4 hours per shift. Staff work on a rotation, so you will not be scheduled every week — a good fit alongside a weekday job.

Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid biweekly by direct deposit.

What you'd do: Care for infants and toddlers in a safe, clean, welcoming environment — supervising play, changing diapers, comforting children, and following our check-in and child-safety procedures. Our nursery follows a two-adult policy; you are never alone with a child.

What we're looking for:

  • 18 years or older

  • Experience caring for infants and toddlers

  • Current employment at a licensed daycare, preschool, or school preferred

  • CPR/First Aid certification a plus

  • Dependable and punctual — families are counting on you being there

  • Must pass a criminal background check
