On July 13, 2025, Pastor Jason and Ashleigh Mayfield stepped into their calling to pastor Saraland Church.
Pastor Jason brings over 20 years of ministry experience, including 19 years credentialed with the Assemblies of God and 12 years as an ordained minister. He has led revitalization efforts in multiple churches that ranked among the Top 100 Fastest-Growing Churches in America and has developed innovative resources that have engaged over 100,000 people in deeper Scripture engagement. His experience spans church growth, strategic leadership, digital outreach, and revival-focused preaching.
Ashleigh is a dynamic leader and strategic builder who empowers people to rise in confidence and fulfill their God-given purpose. After years of success in corporate America—leading multi-million-dollar retail operations—she shifted her focus to faith-driven leadership and coaching. Her influence has impacted hundreds of thousands of people, helping them break through limiting beliefs, step into leadership, and achieve breakthrough in business and ministry.
Together, Pastor Jason and Ashleigh bring a unique blend of Spirit-led conviction, practical strategy, and marketplace wisdom to lead Saraland Church into revival and abundant living.
